Expediting / Status Reporting :
We provide Expediting / Status Reporting services with experienced and specially trained resources for the Task with core experience in the commodity. The services provided in Two categories that is
- Desk Expediting
- Field Expediting
And deployment on man day Basis or man Month basis based on criticality and client requirement.
- Follow up with vendor on orders and issue periodic reports to client.
- Identify / resolve bottlenecks at all levels till the delivery.
- Proposing Recovery plans to meet the dead line.
- Evaluate weekly/monthly progress and assist the vendor/sub-vendors to meet required delivery dates.
- Monitoring vendors supply chain for the specific project.
Reporting to client as per agreed time line (Daily /weekly/forth nightly and monthly Progress Reports) with details on key aspects as below but not limited to
- Engineering /Design Status
- ITP and Procedures Approvals
- Procurement of Raw Materials and Bought Outs
- Pre fabrication status
- Manufacturing status
- Sub vendor status for Bought outs

Supplier Technical Assessment / Vendor Evaluation :
EQS provides assessment /evaluation services with specially Trained inspectors with Experience in QA/C activities and System Audit Experience.
This helps our clients to establish their Approved supplier List ,Identify and shortlist the suppliers ,Monitoring the performance of Suppliers,rating of the suppliers and strengthen their Supply chain Management Process.
